Community Service

If you are unable to pay for your citation the Whitesboro Municipal Court offers a Community Service Program.

Community service involves doing un-paid work for a non- profit organization or government agency to satisfy your fine amount.

You may submit an Application for Community Service with the Judge, and request to do community service with a COURT APPROVED, non- profit community service provider or government agency.

In order qualify for community service hours you must submit the application, be approved by the judge, be assigned the appropriate number of hours by the judge, and work for an approved community service agency.

The application will not be considered if proper proof is not supplied nor will you be contacted for further information. It is your responsibility to provide all appropriate documentation.

The following documents, if they apply, MUST be attached to support the application:

  • Current PAY STUBS or W2 or Income Tax Filing for all persons working in the household
  • Proof of PUBLIC ASSISTANCE received by anyone in the household
